Brothers from the Utah Beta chapter went down to Woodland Hills for the weekend to attend the two day Carlson Leadership Academy. Executive board members from all over the west group up to share experiences and things that are working in each chapter. Vice Presidents are taught with other members in their respective positions in our region to better focus on main goals for the year and discuss the different tactics to better improve ones role.Throughout the weekend alumni speakers discuss the importance of Sigma Phi Epsilons life long commitment and how important leadership skills will carry on beyond someones four years in college. Carlson allows the chapters of our region to share their problem solving solutions with chapters potentially facing the same issue.
